great location in Malasaña
the location and floor plan Sofa was very comfortable lots of hot water love using a code instead of a key great that there were two bathrooms comfy bed well equipped kitchen
payment method was impersonal and unclear check in procedure was confusing they wanted me to download an app in order to upload my passport. kitchen sink stopped draining our last night there were no privacy blinds on the windows

Нам всё понравилось. Район в центре, очень оживлённый, в то же время абсолютно безопасный. Продуктовые магазины, кафе, рестораны рядом. Достопримечательности и транспорт в шаговой доступности. Вход через приложение, инструкции присылают заранее. Персонал очень отзывчивый, всегда на связи.

Превосходно
Расположение очень хорошее. Прекрасный ресторан рядом ( практически - дверь в дверь). Да и весь район очень хороший -- Гран Виа рядом, рядом метро.
Состояние санузла. Сломанное сидение унитаза, сломанный держатель туалетной бумаги, неисправный душ ( который правда пытались чинить ( практически полдня), но так до конца и не починили и он продолжал подтекать.
